Show/Breed Contract

We, King of the Cages, breed for the loving companion, loyal guardian, and best friend for you and your family. Please carefully read and understand the following agreement. If you have any concerns or questions before your purchase feel free to ask. We are here for any advise or information we can pass on, not only now, but for the life of your pup!!

This contract is for the following Breed: Cane Corso____ South African Boerboel_____ Presa Canario_____.

Terms/Conditions of Sale: Deposits are $500.00 U.S. Dollars, which is non-refundable.
This holds the pup. At six weeks of age, the final balance is due, i.e. payment in full.The pup will be released at eight weeks of age. If the payment is not received in full by the said above age, no deposits will be refunded., it will be at our discression, if we choose to allow the deposit to go to another pup, out of another litter. If for any reason, the sex or quality of pup is not born, the said deposit will be able to go towards another pup, from the next litter of puppies not already spoken for. If the pup is not picked up or shipped on agreed date, there will be a $10.00 fee, per day, to care for and board your pup.

Buyer certifies that he/she is not acting as an agent for another individual in the purchase of this dog/pup, and will not sell this dog/pup to any mass-producing kennel, puppy mill or business.

This agreement is for a pup that has been classified as a Show/Breed quality. Therefore this pup is being sold with Full Registration. This show quality is not a guarantee that this pup will become a champion of record, but with the right right training, and proper care, this pup will be a great contender and do very well in the show ring, and possibly the next great champion!!

Our Guarantee:

*All puppies are sold with registration, and three year health guarantee against congenital hip dysplasia. For this guarantee to be valid, the following must be met:

*All puppies must carry the King of the Cages name on the registration papers.
(example: King of the Cages Bella di your kennel name)

*All vaccinations and dewormings are to be current, including all puppy shots by a
licensed vet.

*All puppies must be taken to a licensed vet within 72 hours of delivery to you, failure to do so will result in void of any guarantees in this contract, We take no responsibility for communicable diseases after 72 hour period.

*In the event your pup is diagnosed with a congenital defect, you must show a certified letter along with x-rays from a licensed vet, and return of the registration papers. Only then will the pup be replaced when one comes available. Cherry Eye and Ectropian are not covered by this guarantee.

*Under no circumstances will we give cash refunds, accept liability for medical expenses, vet fees, or any expenses related to the care of your puppy.

*Purchaser promises to keep this pup in a proper manner, it shall not be kept permanently in a kennel, nor permitted to roam free at large. The breeder has first rights to take the dog back into custody, in the event the buyer can no longer give proper diet, shelter, exercise, or general care to the said pup. Before a pup/dog can be sold to a third party, the seller must be contacted and agree upon the sale to a third party. We are very concerned about our pups and the future care. 

*Any failure by the buyer to abide and comply with this said contract will be a breach and this purchase agreement will be null and void, rendering the pup the sole property of the breeder, i.e. King of the Cages Kennels.

Socialization/Training:

These said pups are large, dominate breeds. Guardian/working breeds that need proper socialization and training. King of the Cages Kennels are not held liable for temperament and behavioral problems that may occur after the dog has been in the buyers hands for longer than an eight week period or older.

We always recommend obedience class. Training a pup from a young age results in the great temperament, and loyal guardian and companion that we breed for. It is very important to socialize your pup at a young age, we can not stress this enough.

By signing this legal binding contract you the buyer have agreed to all the above terms.

This agreement is for a pup that has been classified as a PET by seller it does not qualify as Show/Breeding quality. Therefore, this pup is being sold with Limited registration. Meaning that, the offspring of this pup CANNOT be registered. Buyer
agrees that this pup will be spay/neuter by the age of eight (8) months. When proof of spay/neuter is provided to the seller, seller will turn over the proper registration papers.

Our Guarantee:

Stud Service Agreement/Contract

that I am the legal owner of this Bitch to be bred. Also, that this said above Bitch is legally registered with one of the following clubs: FCI, ENCI, ICCF(CCAA)AKC SABT

The owner of the  said Bitch above must provide the following to be considered for breed with our stud: Brucellosis test (allow with any other test licensed vet sees is needed) Copy of the said bitches hip score papers/certificate, along with Pedigree.

The following will be the responsibility of the bitch owner:

All vet bills you may incur during this breeding process, that is before and after pups are conceived and born. Payment arrangements must be made and agreed upon by the parties above before the stud service is rendered.  Our Studs never leave our family therefore, is up to bitch owner to deliver bitch stated above to our kennel. 

 

The following are options we will consider for payment for stud service of above stated dog:

 

1) $1500.00 U.S. dollars, we take great pride in our kennel, and the great line of the rare breeds we have, therefore, we feel this is a fair price to get the outstanding pups we all are looking for.

2)  $1200.00 U.S. Dollars, and one pick pup back.

3)  No cash, with first and third pick pup going to King of the Cages for payments of stud service. If any pick pups are due to King of the Cages, for the stud service, we get first picks, before any pups can be sold or spoken for.  We will either come to you to pick pup, or the pick will be done via email if necessary. 

 

The agreed fee for stud service is non-refundable.  If for any reason the said above bitch fails to conceive, proof must be shown by a licensed Vet, stating the bitch was not pregnant, nor delivered pups from the last heat, then and only then will we allow one more breeding with the said above bitch and stud.  If then, your bitch does not conceive, we are not responsible to refund any money nor be responsible for another breeding.

 

If only one pup is born alive, then this is still considered a litter.  And it will be due to King of the Cages unless other arrangements are made and written and signed in this contract, or only if no pups are due to stud owner.

If for any reason the above terms of this contract are not met, King of the Cages will proceed in further legal action. If this needs to be done, the owner of bitch will be responsible for our court cost and any expenses that may incur during this process.  This is a legal contract, and we take our breeding program very serious.

 

By signing the following, both the stud owner, and bitch owner agree to the above said terms and conditions, and agree to take full responsibility for the said contract.
